Adding a team member and setting up availability

Add a team member
As your business grows, the chance that you'll have more team members and schedules to manage increases. Using this setting, you can add yourself and others as the business team members:
- Click on "Business" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
- Click on "Team"
- Click on the “+” sign on the top right-hand corner of this page to add a new team member
- Enter the team member's name, contact details, and time zone
- Click on "Save"
Set up availability
The availability is a team member's working hours on each day. This way, when your clients want to book your services, they can see each team member's availability and pick a time that works for them.
- Click on "Business" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
- Click on "Team"
- Click on an existing team member's name
- Switch to the "Availability" tab. By default, the team member's availability will be set to 9am-5pm
- To edit this availability, click on any day on the list OR click on the "pencil" icon on the top right-hand corner of this page
- Select the days and times when the team member is available to provide services
- To add breaks as part of a team member's daily work hours, simply click on the "Add" button beside start and end time drop-downs. This allows you to enter multiple availability periods in one day e.g. 9.00 AM to 12.00PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM
- Click on "Save"
Add breaks for a team member
- Click on "Business" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
- Click on "Team"
- Click on an existing team member's name
- Switch to the "Availability" tab
- To add breaks to the availability, click on any day on the list OR click on the "pencil" icon on the top right-hand corner of this page
- Click on the "+" button beside the day you'd like to add a break. This allows you to enter multiple availability periods in one day e.g. 9.00 AM to 12.00PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM
- Click on "Save"
Remove breaks for a team member
- Click on "Business" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
- Click on "Team"
- Click on an existing team member's name
- Switch to the "Availability" tab
- To remove breaks from the availability, click on any day on the list OR click on the "pencil" icon on the top right-hand corner of this page
- Click on the "X" button beside the time period you would like to update
- Click on "Save"
