Adding a client

Adding a client creates a profile for them where you can keep track of their contact information, bookings, and any notes or upload documentation related to the client or their appointments. Client profiles will also come in handy if you want to create appointments for your clients.


Add a client

  1. On desktop, click on "Clients" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Clients" on the bottom menu bar
  2. Click on the “+” sign on the top right-hand corner of this page to add a new client
  3. Enter the client details available
  4. Click on “Save"
  5. You should now see the client information you entered under the “Details” tab, as well as a “Notes”, "Bookings", and "Payments" tab

Edit a client

  1. On desktop, click on "Clients" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Clients" on the bottom menu bar
  2. Click on an existing client's name
  3.  Click on the "pencil" icon on the top right hand corner of the client information card
  4. Enter the new client details available
  5. Click on “Save"
  6. You should now see the updated client information you entered under the first card
