Adding and managing client notes

The client notes section comes in handy when you need to keep track of your client's history. While we automatically keep track of your client's booking history, we give you the option to add notes to your client profile such as notes on:

  • Special requirements or requests
  • Reminders for yourself that are related to your client
  • Additional client information such as birthdays, alternate phone numbers, etc.

We also give you the option to upload documents with each note to further enrich your client history.


Add a client note

  1. On desktop, click on "Clients" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Clients" on the bottom menu bar
  2. Click on an existing client
  3. Switch to the "Notes" tab then click on the “+” sign on the top right-hand corner of this page
  4. Enter the information you would like to add
  5. To upload a file, click on "Choose file" and select a file from your device
  6. Click on the “Save"


Delete a client note

  1. On desktop, click on "Clients" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Clients" on the bottom menu bar
  2. Click on an existing client
  3. Switch to the "Notes" tab then click on an existing note
  4. Click on "Delete" and confirm
