Creating and viewing bookings
While allowing your clients to book your services online is an important time saver, we also recognize the importance of being able to control your schedule and access it through any device, on-the-go. This is especially useful to schedule appointments with existing and recurring clients. There are three ways to create appointments from your admin. Once you create an appointment, Amidship will send both you and your customer an email and text confirmation.
Create a booking from the bookings page
- On desktop, click on "Bookings" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Bookings" on the bottom menu bar
- Click on "New booking"
- Choose the "Client" and "Service" from the drop-down menus
- Click on “Save"
- You should now see the new booking on your schedule
View an existing booking
- On desktop, click on "Bookings" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Bookings" on the bottom menu bar
- By default, you should see the bookings for the week on desktop, or the bookings for the day on mobile
- To switch to another view, click on the "three dots" icon on the top right-hand corner of the calendar and select your preferred view
