Managing Client Testimonials

Testimonials are an important part of the success of your business. They are a great way to show potential clients that you provide quality services and are an expert in your field. Proof from other clients through testimonials greatly increases the chances that a new customer will try your services. So if your customers provide you with great feedback, be sure to add this to your website for the world to see!

Add a client testimonial

1. On desktop, click on "Business" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Business" on the bottom menu bar
2. Click on the "Website" and switch to the "Testimonials" tab
3. Click on the “+” sign at the top right-hand corner of this page
4. Enter the name and the quote/review given by your client
5. If you have access to your client’s profile picture, feel free to upload it by clicking on "Choose File" under the "Avatar image" section. If not, you can leave this section blank and a default avatar will be used instead.
6. Click on “Save”
7. Once done, click on the “Eye” icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to the testimonial section to see your changes

Edit a client testimonial

1. On desktop, click on "Business" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Business" on the bottom menu bar
2. Click on the "Website" and switch to the "Testimonials" tab
3. Click on an existing client testimonial 
4. Update the name, avatar image, and/or the quote/review given by your client
5. Click on “Save”
6. Once done, click on the “Eye” icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to the testimonial section to see your changes

Delete a client testimonial

1. On desktop, click on "Business" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Business" on the bottom menu bar
2. Click on the "Website" and switch to the "Testimonials" tab
3. Click on an existing client testimonial 
4. Click on “Delete”
5. Once done, click on the “Eye” icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to the testimonial section to see your changes
