Rescheduling or cancelling a booking

How do I reschedule a booking?

Please note that you can only reschedule one-time bookings. At this moment, rescheduling a booking will not trigger automated text or email notifications to you or your clients.

Rescheduling a booking from the bookings page

  1. Click on "Bookings" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
  2. Click on the booking you would like to reschedule
  3. Click on "Reschedule Booking"
  4. Choose the new date and time for the booking
  5. Click on "Save"

  1. Click on "Sales" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
  2. Click on the booking you would like to reschedule
  3. Under the "Booking Details" card, click on "Reschedule Booking"
  4. Choose the new date and time for the booking
  5. Click on "Save"

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancelling a booking from the bookings page

  1. Click on "Bookings" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
  2. Click on the booking you would like to cancel
  3. Under the "Sales Details" card, click on "Cancel Booking" and confirm
  4. You should now see the sale status change to "Cancelled"
  5. You and your customer should receive text and/or email notifications confirming that the booking has been cancelled

  1. Click on "Clients" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
  2. Click on the booking you would like to cancel
  3. Under the "Sales Details" card, click on "Cancel Booking" and confirm
  4. You should now see the sale status change to "Cancelled"
  5. You and your customer should receive text and/or email notifications confirming that the booking has been cancelled

How can I cancel a recurring booking?

Recurring bookings show up under your "Bookings" tab in a teal colour. Please note that when you choose to cancel a recurring booking, all future bookings from that date will also be cancelled. To cancel a recurring booking:

  1. Click on "Bookings" on the left-hand menu on desktop, or on the bottom menu on mobile
  2. Click on the recurring (teal) booking you would like to cancel
  3. Under the "Upcoming Bookings" card, click on "Cancel" beside the booking you would like to delete
  4. Confirm the cancellation
