Adding your FAQs

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) are a great opportunity to set clear expectations around the services you offer and help convince potential clients to book your services. They also save you time by giving your clients immediate answers to their most likely questions. 

You'll notice that by default, you have a few answered FAQs to help get you started. Please note that you can edit these and add up to 10 questions to your website. Not sure where to start with FAQs or whether FAQs are right for your business? Add an FAQ

1. On desktop, click on "Business" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Business" on the bottom menu bar
2. Click on the "Website" and switch to the "FAQS" tab
3. Click on the “+” sign at the top right-hand corner of this page
4. Enter a new question and answer, then click on "Create FAQ"
5. Click on “Save”
6. Once done, click on the “Eye” icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to the Frequently Asked Questions section to see your changes

Edit an FAQ

1. On desktop, click on "Business" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Business" on the bottom menu bar
2. Click on the "Website" and switch to the "FAQS" tab
3. Click on an existing client FAQ
4. Update the question and/or answer
5. Click on "Save"
6. Once done, click on the “Eye” icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to the Frequently Asked Questions section to see your changes

Delete an FAQ

1. On desktop, click on "Business" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Business" on the bottom menu bar
2. Click on the "Website" and switch to the "FAQS" tab
3. Click on an existing client FAQ
4. Click on "Delete"
5. Once done, click on the “Eye” icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen and scroll down to the Frequently Asked Questions section to see your change
