Creating and viewing sales
At Amidship, we're dedicated to helping you stay on top of your finances. A big part of this is being able to track all the sales you make, the payments you receive, any price adjustments, as well as any tips you make. You can manage and analyze your sales from the Sales section of your admin.
Create a sale
- On desktop, click on "Sales" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Sales" on the bottom menu bar
- Click on the “+” sign on the top right-hand corner of this page to add a new booking
- Click on an available (green) time slot on your calendar
- Choose the "Client" and "Service" from the drop-down menus
- Click on “Save"
- You should now see the new booking on your calendar, and under the "Sales" and respective client profile
View an existing sale
- On desktop, click on "Sales" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Sales" on the bottom menu bar
- By default, you should see a list of all your existing sales and payment status for each
- Click on an existing sale from the list
- To view payments on the sale, switch to the "Payments" tab
Filter sales by payment status
- On desktop, click on "Sales" on the left-hand menu, OR on mobile, click on "Sales" on the bottom menu bar
- By default, you should see an overview of all your existing sales and payment status for each
- To filter the list of sales by payment status (Fully Paid, Partially Paid, Not Yet Paid), click on the "filter" icon on the top right hand corner of the page
- Choose the payment status you'd like to filter the sales by
- The page will refresh, showing you a filtered list based on the status you selected
